We don't offer refunds unless the show is canceled. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if there's more than 48 hours before the show. For more flexibility, consider purchasing 48-hour Ticket Insurance at checkout.

Most shows are 18+, but some have different age restrictions listed on the event page. We allow 16+ if they're with an adult (1 adult per 2 under 18s). Always check event details before purchasing tickets.
