Cancellation Policy

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket: Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by 3 Word Group t/a The Comedy Rooms. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented upon entry. Refund Policy: Refunds are available for tickets up to 48 hours before the show's start time. If you have purchased the 48-Hour refund Insurance with your ticket, you are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the show's start time. Please provide proof of insurance purchase when requesting a refund. Tickets purchased without the 48-Hour refund insurance are non-refundable within 48 hours of the show's start time. Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets purchased without the 48-Hour refund Insurance are non-refundable within 48 hours of the show's start time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Carer's Tickets: Carers are eligible for a free ticket to accompany the person they care for. To qualify for a free ticket, carers must present a registered carer's card upon arrival and notify us of their attendance ahead of time. Should they be unable to present this card, they may be charged for a ticket at the door. Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the show is canceled, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. The Comedy Rooms reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without a valid ticket. Behavior and Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and other guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund. Social Media Etiquette: While we encourage social media posts about the venue and your experience on the night, we do request that video recording, unless explicit permission is given, is kept to a minimum and, should we see prolonged videos being taken of our acts, security may request that filming is stopped and/or deleted. Liability: The Comedy Rooms is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
